The fascinating HUMAN RACE exhibition comes to the Highlands
An extraordinary exhibition which explores the history, development and ethics of sport and exercise medicine opens at Inverness Museum and Art Gallery on Friday 25 May 2012. Human Race uses Scottish medical and sporting collections, newly commissioned artworks and rare film footage to highlight some of the pioneering and far reaching developments that have taken place in Sport and Exercise Medicine over the last 200 years.

Famed for his innovative techniques, Graeme re-invented the rulebooks so many times that the UCI locked him and his designs down. This was a fantastic opportunity to hear Graeme, UCI World Hour Record holder (twice) and a double 4000m pursuit World Champion, talk about his approach to innovation and design; his thinking behind the evolution of ‘old-faithful’ and the ‘superman’ cycling position and his fascinating new theories on training and techniques.
